Assembling a puppy exercise pen?

I got a pen like this one

It has pins at every panel? How odd. Most pens have only one pin, and just fold up. A lot of pens don't even have pins, they just fold up as one unit, or you use clips to hold them together.

Can you put the round loops through the flat loops? Then put the pin through the round loops to keep them from going back through the flat loops? I can't see it really well......

If all else fails, bring it back to the store and have them show you how to assemble it.
