Exercise Pens
Can I use an exercise pen to put my Bichon puppy in when I am at work instead of a crate?
He will be in it about 4 hours.
I used an ex pen for one of my puppies when he was very young and I was working full time. He had his blanket and toys at one end and newspapers at the other. It didn't interfere with his housetraining in the least - he was housetrained in 2 weeks.
But when he absolutely couldn't hold it, he used the newspapers.
Sure you can use an ex pen.
