Where in NYC or surrounding areas can I purchase a pet Baby N'kisi African Grey Parrot?
I need to get this specific pet parrot quickly as a birthday gift to a friend, and need some help as to where i can find that specific type. Help me out guys, I know there MUST be some bird lovers/owners on here.
Hmmm... does your friend have experience with birds and do you know for a fact she would be ok with getting one? Animals make the worse gifts for people unless you know for sure that they are seriously wanting one and are able to properly care for it. It's not like getting a dog or a cat. It's more like giving them a child that might outlive them.
I would look into adoption before purchasing as there are plenty of great African Greys out there in need of homes due to the fact that people bought them before knowing what they were in for.
