Name of this Alcoholic drink. Royal crown and cranberry juice in it?

I saw my friend down half a large bottle of Royal crown w/ cranberry juice in one night. I don't know what it's called. But it's all she would drink. Anyone know what this is? it might have had something else in it too, but I wasn't paying that close attention.
