How to construct an under the stairs shoe cupboard?
I am struggling to find a shoe cupboard that would suit our hall. They are either too small or too expensive.
I have decided to have a go at a built in one using the gap under the stairs as I have seen these on new houses.
Basically it would involve cutting out the plasterboard at to allow access the the space. The trouble is that I can't find the doors for this anywhere.
I guess that I would want then similar to normal doors, with a decorative frame round the edge to attach the hinges to.
Can anyone help please??

The doors will have to be custom made. Get someone who knows for sure how to do it so that they hang properly. I am not saying you don't know how to but if you don't find someone who does.
The custom shelving should be easy enough to find.
